Pole Dance Fitness Parties
What a great way to have fun with your friends!
Laugh, exercise & get your sexy on.
Your party will include a warm up, learning pole spins, tricks, transitions and poses. If requested, we will create a fun choreographed routine using the pole moves you have learned.
Pole Silk Parties
An aerial silk is attached to the pole.
Your party will include a warm up, Learn to create wraps and locks around your body with the silk.
You will learn tricks, spins and inverts while staying connected to the aerial silk and pole.
Belly Dance Parties
Your party will include a warm up, technique work, drills using props such as veils and coin skirts.
Learn a mini choreographed routine if desired.
Chair Dance Parties
Your party will include a warm up, then you will learn the moves that make up chair dancing.…shimmies, chair dance techniques, floorwork and a choreographed routine.
Aerial Hammock Parties
Your party will include a warmup, aerial poses, stretches, inverts and holds on the hammocks.
Heart Lyra Parties
Your party will include a warm up, aerial poses, holds and tricks on the lyra.
Women’s Bodybuilding, Physique, Bikini & Wellness
One on one coaching to help with fluidity and beautiful transitions for your posing routine. These services are available in-person and via Zoom.
Personal Training
If you prefer to learn with one on one private lessons at the studio, in your home and/or live Zoom, please contact us for availability and rates.
Customized meal plans & cleansing options are available.
Home Parties & Venues
Private Parties available in your home and/or other venues. Pole, Burlesque Chair Dance & Belly Dance Parties available.
We bring everything to you!
We travel throughout Long Island and the five boroughs.
All Parties require a $100 deposit to Reserve your parties’ date/time.
No refunds on your deposit, however you may re-schedule your party one time.
If you have already booked a private party with Shimmy Shimmy in the past, please let us know and you will receive a discount upon booking!
Private Party Pricing
1 hour party $34.00 per person
1 hour & 30 min. $38.00 per person
2 hour parties are also available, pricing varies.
Minimum of 5 and up to 25 people per party.
Parties smaller than 5 people may be available but pricing may vary.
